Guided Full Moon Floats are offered three or four nights during full moon.  All participants will need to meet at Pemi-Baker River Adventures by 7:00pm.  After signing up, we are all transported to th put in, where we will be briefed on the trip.  Once the group is briefed, we fit life vests, grab paddles and boats, and head to the river.

All boats will be lighted with low output glow sticks on the stern of the boat.  The glow sticks help us keep track of all boats as we make our way down the river.  The group will be guided by two Pemi-Baker River Adventures guides.  One guide will lead the group down the river, while the other will bring up the rear.

The trip is four and one half  to six miles depending on which trip we do.

Nearing the end of the trip, we will stop, get out of our boats.  We will offer snacks and beverages during this break period.  When everyone is ready to move on, we will get back in our boats and paddle the mile to the take-out.  Depending on the river level, nighttime air temperature, and the amount of fun we are having, the trip should last between two and three hours.

Price includes:  canoe or raft, paddles, life vests, shuttle service, basic riverside instruction, guides,  snacks and beverages.
